I just like how some drinks taste and it’s not really the tastes achievable without alcohol I think. Like there’s non alcohol beers, I can see how that’s possible (yet I don’t like beer), but I’m yet to see an alcohol-free whiskey or gin/martini. Despite I don’t have much of a hangover after a moderate amount of good whiskey/gin - the morning is still rougher than usual and me not like it -_-
Can’t say how easy/difficult they are to actually find, but alcohol free spirits are a thing. Even AF distilleries offering a “normal” distillery/brewery experience are opening up.
