This community is here to support all those who identify with the common struggles typically attributed to ADHD and it’s comorbid pathologies like anxiety disorders. You don’t need an official diagnosis to be a member of this community, and it’s perfectly fine to be in the questioning phase. I was hoping this was clear enough with the no gatekeeping rule but I guess I have to spell it out to people sometimes.

  • Discussions regarding medication are allowed as long as you are describing your own situation and not telling others what to do (only qualified medical practitioners can prescribe medication).
