There’s a mastodon account that puts PornHub comments on Heathcliff toons. I think this might be a repost from that account.

That’s completely fair. I’ve noticed for memes that are strange and unexpected for me it’s completely random chance whether I find it hilarious or I don’t get it.

No, it’s by a bot that takes random comments from an nsfw site and puts them on heathcliff comics. The results are often unexpected and funny because of that.
