Mix on medium-low for one and a half minutes
While it’s mixing, add a cup of sugar
Mix on medium-high for six minutes
Add a teaspoon of vanilla
Mix on medium-high for another six minutes
While you’re doing that, get a pan and some parchment paper and trace the area size of the bowl you first used for the egg whites in the center of the paper
When it’s done, insert two teaspoons of corn starch to the mix
Mix by hand some more
Put the mix, which now should stand up on its own, inside the circle
Shape it into the size of a short cylinder
Bake for an hour
While it’s cooling, get a separate mixing bowl and add two cups of cold whip cream
Add to that a quarter cup of powdered sugar
Add a tablespoon of vanilla extract
Mix on medium until soft
Grab a cutting board and cut any assortment of soft fruit you have
Get what you baked out of the oven and add the cream you made in the second mixing session
Add all the fruit you can fit on top of the whipped cream
Refrigerate it, maybe in a way where it can hold itself together
