On the off-chance it’s not a scam (it most likely is), you will be banned if you or any of the users connected to the seller are found. If it’s also one of the top trackers you buying your way into, you’ll be banned on all other top trackers as well. They are very collaborative that way.
If you’re willing to spend money, give usenet a shot instead.
