Features I would like to see:
Docker-compose ready to use.
multi-user, not just for myself.
individual file size >2GB.
shared files should be public, not require a login to download.
optional: secret shares, not listed but public when the link is known.
optional: private shares that require either a password or a login.

You’ve got Pixelfed which is similar to Instagram.
Nextcloud has federation with other instances.
