I can do whatever planning I want and still get late lol. Like I take very little time overall to get ready but I’ll still push it out until it’s late.

For me it’s just “oh yeah I’ll be able to wake up and quickly get ready” and then I just wake up an hour after the event has started

For me, it manifests in being annoyingly early a lot of the time due to me overestimating how long something will take and being terrified of disappointing people.
