miniflux RSS
I’m using this as well and it seems pretty good and simple, no fancy things!
Syncthing+DecSync+spaRSS(DecSync fork)
Tt-rss though the developer can be a bit abrasive if you go asking for help. Been using it since the icanhaz days.
Tiny tiny Rss (ttrss). I’ve used it for well over 10 years. New docker install is easy.
I can’t force myself to migrate it to Docker, it’s the one remaining service idont’t have dockerized yet. The migration path looked like it would take half of a day
Export your feed to an opml file, and import it into the new installation. Your read/unread history will be lost, but that’s about it.
TT-RSS is fantastic, providing you hold your nose and wear as asbestos suit if you ever dare ask a question or raise a valid issue. The dev is… well, I’m not a fan. I won’t use it out of principle.
FreshRSS is a good-looking and skinnable alternative with a good Docker image, but I had issues with the inability to flush old items. Has a decent web UI.
These days I’m using Sismics and the web UI.

OP wouldn’t have missed it if they had an rss reader
FresRSS + moRSS for full text and Read You on Android for mobile
You just changed my life with the moRSS suggestion
Thanks for sharing moRSS. This is rad
