It is a real post but there’s no indication she actually works for Meta. She’s a former Buzzfeed reporter. I think the account is intended as a parody, based on the other posts.
It’s definitely more believable than the alternative, I can’t believe they’d let an employee post this, but letting it stay there this long is not doing them any favors at all.

If she’s trolling like this, why’s she allowed a checkmark? That kind of shit did NOT fly at twitter before the buyout.
Back when I used mastodon there were community emojis that were the checkmark and you could put it in your name. It was made to make fun of Twitter. Maybe it’s the same here?
