Same here. Was very confused until I got to these comments!
It’s the active ingredient in Ritalin right? I take dexamfetamine which I find is a bit smoother and gives me more motivation to deal with executive dysfunction. However, I also have young kids, and on the weekend wheni have no work to do, I find ritalin far better to help keep me calm and regulate my emotions.
