Do you remember how long ago the last few open registration periods were? I’ll try to keep my eyes open but it will help to know when to check more frequently. I use NZBGeek currently but OzNZB seems to be gone and I always prefer to have at least 2 for redundancy.
In the usenet world much of this stuff happens around holidays. The last open registration for DS was the weekend leading up to Labor Day (U.S. holiday).

You have to get an invitation but it’s not too difficult to get one. They’re offered quite frequently on r/UsenetInvites, though you have to be quick.
