Your best bet would be to find a source with any audio track you need, extract it and remux it with your favorite source/group release.

The problem with dubbed is if they are officially available? you can check out this x265 german site (not sure if they are dutch dubbed). the download link is not showing for me so you have to ask them directly.

It’s a whole new world. With real-debrid and weyd I see no reason to torrent anymore, no prob finding 4k sources.

Local trackers are few and far between. And if they are available, then mostly only for the popular movies/shows.
Add multi audio to your searches.
I’d settle for a good, consistent source for subtitles, let alone audio. The DMCA is a plague on fan cleared content. :(
