i’m pretty sure he’s referring to those physical lights embedded below/around the projector screen in some theatres that’re sometimes left still on, but very dimmed. i’m not a cam guy but i’d imagine if you do watch cams it’d be kind of annoying the whole entire time to have them on screen.

Sometimes they’re the only ones available for awhile. Somehow they always get a copy out before everyone else. The watermark is seriously annoying from what I can remember. It was either permanently there and larger than the subtitles or flashing all over the screen every few minutes.

Because it is a CAM copy made with a camera pointed at a screen. This will be replaced by a HD copy when one becomes available. Then you can watch it streamed in high def quality and without the annoying slot lights on the screen. Be sure to have Ublock Origin extension running to prevent pop-ups and porn ads.

Oh, yeah, makes sense. I’ve never watched mor than 5min of any cam ever, if I really wanted to see it for free I would just sneak in to the theater. 🤡
