It would be great if someone created a fediverse browser native app. Log into all the platforms and add a translation layer to create a truly unique experience. Maybe it would only make sense if you could authenticate one account on all the activitypub platforms? I understand the amount of technical hurdles and maintenance to do so. I suppose I find the thought of experiencing them combined intriguing. If someone created A single app experience, in a intuitive way, I’d definitely give it a try. I can see lemmy posts on mastidon. Would be kind of cool if it could handle that and display those posts using a lemmy ui. But making it seamless.

That’s where people drive when they want to avoid Texas’ draconian laws. Think of it as a neutral zone.

Gen Z has redefined “banger”. I’m not old man’n here. It’s okay. Every generation does it.

We used to use “that’s banging“ quite a bit in the 90s and my understanding was the musically it was mostly used as “head banging” for heavy music. Again, don’t care how people want to define it today. I’ve still mostly seen it referenced to music that hits you a bit harder than most, but whatever.

Average user is not used to having options. Eventually people will see the benefit. It will take time.

I think this is where the apps will shine. There’s sooo many ways to improve quality of life in the fediverse.
