Sprichst du jetzt von Stahlpfannen oder welchen aus Gusseisen?

edit: nach einem kurzen Besuch bei Herrn Google habe ich gelernt, dass es beides gibt. Aber eine Stahlpfanne ist trotzdem etwas anderes als eine Schmiedeeisenpfanne, da man bei Stahl meistens an polierten Edelstahl denkt. Deine Beschreibung mit dem Einbrennen hört sich an, als wäre es tatsächlich eine Schmiedepfanne, soweit ich weiß ist es bei Edelstahlpfannen nicht üblich sie einzubrennen, da die Patina nicht so lange hält.

I know it’s dangerous, and I know it’s stupid, but it’s just a lot of fun and I love doing it. I try to not overdo it and don’t do things that are actively putting others in danger (only cutting corners when I can clearly see that there is no other car coming my way etc. any doubt and I just slow down for the corner). I only let loose on the Autobahn when there’s no speed limit. Luckily I have that available 😅
